This wise spider is from the not so distant past AND near future. How is that possible? Why has he adopted the western theme? And how does being an arachnid mix into all of this? I don't know, some confusing time travel shenanigans I honestly don't care to look into. At least looking at him gives us an idea of how the future will compare to the past. He's very well respected for keeping everyone else's lives in order, though his own life's a mess.
